    15. What are "Designated Common Parts"?

Designated Common Parts refer to specific areas, fittings, or facilities within a Jointly Owned Real Property that are reserved for the exclusive use of certain owners rather than the entire community. Examples might include a specific terrace or equipment that only serves a particular set of units. These areas are clearly marked on the Site Plan and are subject to specific management rules. The ratio of these areas to the total area of units must be recorded in the JOP Register.
