If you buy a generic unit because it is "cheap," you will struggle at handover when 65,000 other mid tier units are in the market. But if you own the 03 series facing the lagoon, you are only competing with the other 10% of owners in that specific series.

    The Timeline to Maturity

    Maidan Horizon projects like Clay House by Ellington are expecting handovers by Quarter 4 2028. The entire community is projected to reach peak maturity between 2033 and 2035. If you have the holding power to pay 60% of the amount and wait for the community to mature, you could see capital appreciation of 45% to 50%.
