What is the responsibility of a Management Entity regarding financial reporting?

Every Management Entity must provide RERA with a periodic report every six (6) months concerning the management and maintenance of the property. These reports must detail all works performed in the Common Parts and Common Facilities. Furthermore, RERA may request a statement of the revenue and expenditure related to Service Charges or Usage Charges at any time. This high level of financial transparency is required to ensure that owners' funds are being used strictly for the building's upkeep and operation.
