    What are the filing requirements for developers after project completion?

    Article (6) mandates that a Developer must file the plans, the Master Community Declaration, and the statute with the DLD. This filing must occur within sixty (60) days of receiving the completion certificate from the competent authority. If a developer fails to comply, Article (6) empowers the DLD to appoint another entity to file these documents at the Developer�s expense.
