BREAKING: EOI Collection Officially Opens for The Heights Phase 1

It is official. As of this morning, Emaar Properties has opened the books for The Heights Country Club & Wellness - Phase 1.

This launch features the highly anticipated Serro and Salva clusters. With demand for Dubai South at an all-time high (driven by the 24% annual growth), we expect these units to be oversubscribed by a factor of .

The window to register your interest is now open.

    1. The Requirement: Minimum EOI Amounts

To filter serious buyers from window shoppers, Emaar has set specific token deposit thresholds. You must submit a cheque (Manager's Cheque preferred) for the following amounts to enter the queue:

    • 3-Bedroom Villa: Minimum AED 600,000
    • 4-Bedroom Villa: Minimum AED 750,000
    • 5-Bedroom Villa: Minimum AED 1,000,000

Note: This amount is fully refundable if you do not get a unit. It is deducted from your down payment if you do proceed.

    2. The EOI Process: Step-by-Step

Do not wait for the "Launch Day." By then, the units are gone. Here is the workflow to get priority:

    1. Prepare Documents: I need a clear color copy of your Passport (and Emirates ID if resident).
    2. Issue the Cheque: Visit your bank and issue a Manager's Cheque favoring "Emaar Properties PJSC" for the relevant amount above.
    3. Submit to Me: Send the documents and a photo of the cheque to me via WhatsApp/Email immediately.
    4. Registration: I will manually register your profile in the Emaar system to generate your "Token Number."
    5. Allocation: On allocation day (usually 24-48 hours later), I will call you with the unit offer. You accept or reject on the spot.

    3. Why The Urgency?

The "Public Launch" you see advertised on billboards is often a formality. The real sales happen in the Pre-Launch EOI Phase (right now).

Brokers are currently uploading hundreds of EOIs. The system prioritizes applications based on Timestamp and Cheque Clearance. A delay of 4 hours can mean the difference between getting a Park View unit and getting nothing.

    Don't Miss the Boat

The system is live. I am submitting EOIs as we speak. If you are ready, send me your details now. Click Here to WhatsApp Me Immediately.
